Field Agent Collections

Our AEDO Team of field agents are mandated to visit debtors at their confirmed place of employment or residential address to obtain a signed Section 58 document, Acknowledgement of Debt,  Debit Order instruction and a detailed affordability study.

Debit orders are obtained via Authenticated Early Debit Order (AEDO) payment instructions created in real-time by the debtor swiping his/her bank card using a point of sale device or by obtaining a signed debit order instruction to be loaded on our NAEDO debit order system.

Our field agents have been supplied with all the necessary documents which include:

• Confirmed Address
• Copy of the Section 129 letter
• NCR Certificate
• Original Agreement
• Affordability
• Payslips
• Debit Order instruction
• Council for Debt Collectors Certificate
• Acknowledgment of Debt
